1. Return Eligibility

- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item is returned with original packaging and tags attached
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
